Pastured Lamb

Our flock consists of 100% registered Katahdin hair sheep that are raised on grass. There are a variety of cuts in the shop:

• Lamb Chops
• Shoulder Roast

• Ground Lamb

• Stew Meat

• Leg of Lamb

• Shanks

• Rib Chops
