Whole and Half Lambs Available for Sale
Lamb is sold for $10/lb hanging weight. The take-home weight of the meat you get is generally around 75% of the hanging weight.

You can expect a half lamb to cost about $150 - $250 and yield roughly 15 pounds of take-home meat.

You can expect a whole lamb to cost about $400 - $500 and yield about 30 pounds of take-home meat.
​
$75 deposit is required to reserve your lamb. Remaining balance will depend on the size of the animals and may vary widely.

Half and whole lamb orders will be cut and packaged to your specifications. We can provide information to help you make your selections. If you don't see an option that you are looking for on the sample cut sheet below, let us know! We are happy to see if our butcher can accomodate.
Our butcher date is in mid-March, and you can expect to be able to pick up your frozen meat 1-2 weeks later.
