Watermelon Radishes

These special winter radishes are approximately the size of an apple. Their green exterior creates a beautiful contrast with their bright pink interior. They are crunchy and spicy and everything a radish should be. Usually served very thinly sliced on salad, but could also work well as a pickle or roasted.  Sold per pound.
